Voorhees, NJ: The student council at the Voorhees campus of the Harris School of Business is known for planning thoughtful activities year-round. For this holiday season, the students have put together a holiday gift and card project for U.S. troops stationed overseas. Students spent a recent afternoon wrapping the gifts and writing the cards together. The hope is that the packages can bring a little cheer to the troops during the holiday season, when it is especially hard to be away from home.

The Harris School of Business would like to thank the student council for organizing this meaningful project. Community outreach projects like this show that Harris students truly care about others.

The Voorhees campus is also ringing in the holiday season with its annual Door Decoration Contest. This year, doors have been decorated with wreathes and wrapped like presents. Another door features a larger-than-life Santa, while another has a playful reindeer on it. This is a fun opportunity for students and staff to get creative and liven up the hallways of the school.

For any students who are interested in getting involved with the student council, please ask at the front desk. There are plenty of opportunities to help with planning activities, and the student council would love your help!

The Harris School of Business would like to wish all of the students and staff of the Voorhees campus—and all of our campuses—a very joyous holiday and a happy new year!
